つらいことや悲しいことから守ってくれるのは
最終的には自分が他人に肯定されている、愛されている、
という自信だけだと思っていて、それをいかにたくさん、
一緒に見つけられるかだと思っています。
それはどんなことでもよくて、

笑った皺がかわいいね、とか
お茶碗の洗い方が丁寧だね、とか、
ほんとにもうなんでも、どんな小さな、ささいなことでもよくて、
「他人」という目線でそのひとの素敵なポイントを見つけて、
言葉にして手渡してあげることだと思っています。
ひたすら相手のいいところを見つけて言葉で肯定し続ける、
その積み重ねは自信になって、その自信はわたしがいなくなっても
わたしの大切なひとをつらいことから守る盾になってくれると思っています。
嘘ついたり相手を持ち上げたりおべっかを使う必要はまったくないのですが、
本人ですら気付いていない、小さいけれども、なくしてほしくない
